Cancer Cure – Glioblastoma Brain Cancer Cured – Watch a 30 minute free clip of Burzynski Movie Part II (2013 – Eric Merola)

Please share this video! After returning from England to attend Laura Hymas’ wedding last week (who was cured of a Glioblastoma brain tumor while I was documenting her journey for BURZYNSKI: PART II) – I decided to upload the portion of my new documentary with Laura’s story (and an unprecedented audio recording with her local oncologist) + footage from Laura’s wedding, + Hannah Bradley’s story & her update, as well as a fellow guest to Laura’s wedding, who happens to be diagnosed this year with the same type of brain tumor Laura had: Martin Vizzard.

Remember:

“Taking one simple glance at history—using simple common sense—we will find that everything of scientific innovation has come from the fringe, and directly threatened the status quo at the start. From The Wright Brothers to Steve Jobs – they were all once considered “fringe mavericks” until their efforts merged into the mainstream and became a participant in the “status quo”. The status quo is there to create its own legion of followers, while only those who dare to step out of it and take a risk with something that could change it—those are the only people in human history that have ever contributed to changing it. These innovators didn’t listen to anyone except their own hearts and minds—while ignoring all the noise around them.”

Brain cancers cured, weddings to follow – thanks to Antineoplastons!

This blog post was originally an email newsletter by Eric Merola – the director of the Burzynski Documentary Series in September 2013

Dear Burzynski Movie Subscribers,

Three former patients of Dr. Burzynski’s Antineoplaston (ANP) therapy are having weddings this year.

LAURA HYMAS

Laura Hymas’ story was covered in great extent in Burzynski: Cancer Is Serious Business, Part II.
She was diagnosed with a Glioblastoma Grade IV brian tumor on Christmas Eve in 2010.
After surgery failed her, and after being forced to take Temodar (chemotherapy) to qualify
to enter a clinical trial using Antineoplastons (ANP)—she started ANP in 2011, and
experienced a complete remission less than a year later. Also included in the documentary
is an interview with her neurosurgeon who performed her biopsy, as well as an audio
recording of her oncologist refusing to participate if she choose ANP over conventional therapy—
while telling Laura in the same breath that she will not survive.

This October, Laura and Ben will be married in their hometown in England.
I will be attending their wedding and will share updates and photos from their wedding in late October.

 Laura, Ben and Jacob Hymas

DUSTIN KUNNARI

Dustin Kunnari was diagnosed with a deadly medulloblastoma brain tumor in 1994 at only 3 years old.
Dustin’s parents refused to subject him to the poor outcome and toxic nature of radiation and
chemotherapy and instead decided to have Dustin treated with Antineoplastons (ANP).

Dustin and his parents were featured in “Burzynski, the Movie” (Part 1), where the Kunnari family
was seen begging the FDA in front of Congress to allow Dustin to continue his life-saving therapy.

See a recent news segment with the Kunnari family (click here).

The Kunnari family won their battle with the FDA, and Dustin soon won his battle against his
once-deadly medullablastoma brain tumor.

Watch the clip of Dustin and his mother Mariann from the 1996 hearings, below:

KENDRA GILBERT

At age 22 Kendra Gilbert was diagnosed with an Anaplastic Astrocytoma brain tumor.
In 2007, after all conventional therapy failed her, she began Antineoplaston therapy.
Kendra completed Antineoplaston therapy in 2009.

As of right now (September 2013) Kendra has been cancer-free for 5 years.
She will be married later this year.

While the future of Antineoplastons still appears to be uncertain due to recent FDA obstruction
(if you haven’t seen “Burzynski: Part II”, you need to—to understand this FDA action)
the lives saved using Antineoplastons still continue to grace the Earth.

Eric Merola Bio:

Eric Merola – Writer, Director and Producer

Eric Merola began his career as a motions graphics designer and animator after founding Merola Productions and was commissioned by various TV & film clients including WE Network, Fuel TV and Speed Channel. He was also employed as animation director for Flickerlab in New York City where he worked on projects for Rolling Stone’s Matt Taibbi, MoveOn(.org), Comedy Central and A&E.

In 2007, while building an animated sequence for Michael Moore’s feature documentary, “Capitalism: A Love Story”, Eric became aware of Dr Stanislaw Burzynski and decided that his was a ‘story that must be told’. And so, armed with over decade of experience, he set about producing, writing and directing his first documentary. Three years later, BURZYNSKI, THE MOVIE was released.

BURZYNSKI quickly attracted widespread distribution and many awards including Best Documentary 2011 on the Documentary Channel, 2 Audience Awards at the HumanDoc Festival in Warsaw 2011 and the Humanitarian Vision Award at the Newport Beach Film Festival. It also received favorable reviews from The Los Angeles Times, The New York Times and Variety, and granted Mr. Merola a guest appearance on the DR. OZ SHOW.

Eric has since completed his second documentary – BURZYNSKI: CANCER IS SERIOUS BUSINESS, PART II (2013) which has premiered in various film festivals. It was released on June 1, 2013 on TV and internet On Demand in over 200 million homes in 6 countries—under a major international distribution deal.

BURZYNSKI: CANCER IS SERIOUS BUSINESS, PART II  won the top Audience Award for Best Documentary in the 2014 Sedona International Film Festival.

Hannah Bradley (Anaplastic Astrocytoma brain cancer survivor) Dr. Burzynski / Antineoplaston patient

Hannah Bradley was featured in BURZYNSKI: CANCER IS SERIOUS BUSINESS, PART II.

From an Oct 20, 2013 article from The Telegraph.

hannah-bradley

“I was a salesperson when I was diagnosed with cancer. I ate on the run. I smoked. I had no real symptoms or warning signs. One night in February 2011 I had a grand seizure while I was asleep: arms up in the air, body shaking. My partner, Pete, called an ambulance, and I was rushed to hospital, unconscious. Eventually a CT scan showed a brain tumour, which turned out to be very aggressive, anaplastic astrocytoma.

I have no memories of that time, from the night of the seizure to coming around from the eight-hour operation to remove the tumour two months later. Looking back now, I was quite naive. I thought that once the surgery was over, the tumour would be gone.

Then I needed six weeks of radiotherapy, so I did that, thinking this would make me better. It was gruelling – my hair fell out, I had quite a few seizures – then, at the end, a scan showed I still had the remnants of this very aggressive tumour. The life expectancy for people with tumours like this was 18 months.

All this time, without me knowing, Pete had been looking into things, searching, talking to anyone and everyone who could possibly help. One name kept cropping up: Dr Burzynski.

At his clinic in Houston he has developed a treatment using anti-cancer compounds he discovered and now manufactures – and is treating aggressive tumours, especially ones in the brain. He’s controversial. The medical community claims his work is unscientific and unproven.

My oncologist didn’t want me to go – he wanted to monitor the tumour and maybe give me more radiotherapy in the future. But that was like containing it, not getting rid of it, and the treatment hadn’t worked so far. Dr Burzynski seemed to be my only hope of getting rid of the cancer for good.

The treatment wasn’t cheap (about £200,000). Of course we didn’t know 100 per cent whether it would work, but I had to believe in something; I wanted to be positive. Pete launched a campaign – friends and family gathered around, held events, our local radio station supported us – and in two months we already had £100,000, enough to start treatment. I’m still so thankful for all that support.

In December 2011 I flew with Pete to the Burzynski Clinic. The medication is administered directly into your body through a Hickman line 24 hours a day. We were there for seven weeks, and scans showed that in that time the tumour had reduced by 11 per cent. I was absolutely overjoyed.

Pete and I learnt how to prepare and administer the treatment ourselves and it carried on in Britain for another 18 months. It’s not an easy option. My blood was checked twice a week, and I was scanned every six weeks at a private hospital. Most importantly, it seemed to be working. The tumour kept getting smaller, and in January this year it was all gone. I’m now off the treatment but still being monitored.

Dr Burzynski isn’t a miracle worker. There are well-publicised cases of families raising money for children to be treated at the clinic but the children still tragically dying. People have posted on our website that it doesn’t work, but I’m convinced that, if we hadn’t found him, I wouldn’t be here today.

I wouldn’t turn my back on conventional medicine, but I would advise anyone in a situation like mine to look into other options – there could always be another way. If this whole thing has taught me anything, it’s that.” A cookbook by Hannah is available at teamhannah.com

The National Cancer Institute begins to come clean on Antineoplastons

NCI_Logo_FLAT

With the exception of the NCI rigging their own Antineoplaston (ANP) clinical trials in the 1990’s, the are finally beginning to tell the truth about Antineoplastons.

Why is this so significant?

Some of the most common arguments in opposition to Antineoplaston research is:

1. The scientific community doesn’t find the medical journals that ANP research is published in to be of a high enough “impact factor”.

This is no longer a valid argument, as no American Cancer Institution could have a higher impact factor than The National Cancer Institute Itself. If these manuscripts that are cited within the National Cancer Institute’s own public web page are good enough for The National Cancer Institute, then they are now good enough for anyone—the world over.

2. No one has ever independently reproduced the ANP results that Burzynski has had.

This is no longer a valid argument as Japan has been independently reproducing these results for nearly 30 years, and the NCI is now acknowledging this on their web page.

Overall, two of the three largest arguments that the “Cancer Establishment” has claimed to marginalize Antineoplastons and Burzynski, have just been eliminated.

The NCI also clearly states the “non-toxic” nature of ANP.

We encourage you to read this updated web page for yourself—but the most telling portion of their own web page, is where they cite one of Burzynski’s own peer-reviewed manuscripts as:

“A phase II study also conducted by the developer and his associates at his clinic reported on 12 patients with recurrent and diffuse intrinsic brain stem glioma. Of the ten patients who were evaluable, two achieved complete tumor response, three had partial tumor response, three had stable disease, and two had progressive disease. Patients ranged in age from 4 to 29 years.”

A brainstem glioma has never been cured in medical history. The NCI just acknowledged and advertised two of those cures—also citing that 10 of the 12 brainstem glioma patients had a “positive response” to ANP therapy.

The NCI showed the courage to publish the dosage levels and everything!

As for their own clinical trials they conducted in the 1990’s where they did not give the patients the proper dosage—they at least had the decency to admit that Burzynski felt their trials were not properly run. Which would make sense to anyone paying attention when you witness the contrast between their own ANP studies and those of Burzynski and the Japanese. Getting the NCI to admit they intentionally rigged a clinical trial to fail will never happen—but at least they are now coming clean in regards to their own trials being questioned and the truth behind this therapy as a whole.

Read the updated NCI page for yourself, by clicking HERE.
If the above link doesn’t work, try copying and pasting the link below:
http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/pdq/cam/antineoplastons/healthprofessional/page5

From this day forward, it will be difficult for any honest oncologist, or medical doctor, when presented with this information provided by the National Cancer Institute to be able to provide much of a valid argument claiming “there is no evidence that ANP has ever shown any efficacy against cancer.”

(Of course the American Cancer Society has yet to update their page since 2008—but we shouldn’t expect them to since they are a privately owned and operated entity, not a government sanctioned entity.)

The only final argument to eliminate against ANP is the constant mention of the necessary independently run “randomized clinical trials”—where two groups of patients with the exact same diagnosis are randomly selected. One group gets “standard of care” (chemo/rad) and the other group gets “the new experimental therapy” (plus chemo/rad).

We do not want to give too much away before the release of the “Chapter 2” documentary—but an “independently run, randomized clinical trial” has now been completed in a country outside of the USA. The manuscript is being prepared now for publication. The “experimental group” had double the cure rate than the “standard of care alone group”. Both groups also received “standard chemotherapy”.
